WHERE DO I PICK UP MY PRE-PAID VIP PASSES AND GENERAL ADMISSION
VIP Pass ticket holders and can pick up their festival passes at the Carmel Jazz Fest Tent Booth near Tarkington by presenting their name or email confirmation.
General Admission can pick up their festival passes at the Ticket/Info Booth on Carter Green by presenting their name or email confirmation.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY CHAIR WHEN SWITCHING FROM AN OUTDOOR VENUE TO AN INDOOR VENUE?
For VIP Pass ticket holders a chair will be provided. All Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs to the Carter Green Concerts but please note that space at Carter Green cannot be reserved unless you are VIP. *We do not assume risk for lost or stolen bikes and chairs - leave at your own risk
Can I Bring My Own Food and Beverages
Personal food and beverages are not allowed at the event.
Food and beverage vendors will be available onsite.
What Happens If It Rains?
The Carmel Jazz Fest will take place regardless of the weather.
If it rains, Ticket Holders can still enjoy performances at our indoor stages.
